We place great emphasis on meticulously packaging your product to prevent any damage during transit.
However, we also depend on the responsible handling of our packages by couriers.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives in a damaged condition, please take a photo of the packaging and promptly reach out to us, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
