IMPORTANT NOTES

• Each order comes with 2 FREE revisions. Every requested revision thereafter will incur and additional $10 design fee. To ensure we hit the nail on the head for your first proof, please provide a very detailed explanation of your topper design, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
• Each design will hold different dimensions with a maximum of 15cm in width, and 21cm in height.
• Prices start from $55. As each cake topper is specifically design for you and your unique event, an additional fee may be charged separately for more complex designs. This will be invoiced separately.
• We cannot imitate or recreate a trademarked design (Disney, Pixar etc). 
• Please be aware of our processing times for custom cake toppers (up to 2-4 weeks), and place orders well before your event especially for international orders. We always recommend express shipping for time sensitive orders.

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks turnaround time for custom toppers before dispatch. This includes the brief, illustration/design, proof, and build time. The more complex the time, the longer the turnaround time. If you're requiring our cake toppers sooner, please get in touch to see if we can accommodate a rush order and it's additional cost. 

SHIPPING
Please be aware that when choosing 'express shipping', you are only selecting the shipping method. This does not include our processing time to create your pieces.
For Australian shipping with Australia Post, postage can take up to 1-4 days for metro areas and 3-7 days for regional areas.
Please allow up to 20 business days for international orders.
Shipping times should be used as a guide ONLY due to nationwide shipping delays. Please refer to Australia Post's website for further details.
