RUSH ORDER

We understand that things can creep up on you in the last minute, hence we offer rush orders for those last minute, "oh crap" moments!

Our turnaround time is displayed in the header of our homepage. If you're needing your order faster than our turnaround rate, we can prioritise your order and ship out within 24 hours from when the order is made. This does not include items in our event collection, wishing wells, business signage and custom items).

NOTE: Event and business signage have a minimum turnaround of 4 weeks. Certain items require various turnaround times. Rush orders for these products will incur further costs.

RUSH TYPE: Times are calculated from the day your item needs to be dispatched to arrive to you in a timely manner. We ship a minimum of 1.5-2 weeks before your event to allow enough time for travel with Australia Post.

E.g: It's the 1st of March, and you're needing your items by April 1st. This will require us to ship your items within 2 weeks which gives us under 2 weeks notice, therefore a $50 rush fee will be needed.

Standard - all products available except for event signage, wishing wells, business signage, and custom items.

Event & business signage - event, wishing wells, and business signage ONLY. These products require  a lot of time, precision and resources, therefore the fees are as follows:

• Under 4 weeks notice - $30
• Under 3 weeks notice - $40
• Under 2 weeks notice - $50
• Under 1 weeks notice - $60
