Each order is individually crafted with love and care. Our current standard turnaround time is up to 8 business days for regular orders (excluding wishing wells, custom cake toppers, and business and wedding signage). Please check the homepage header for up-to-date processing times as they are subject to change. During peak periods like Christmas and Easter, processing times may vary. We strive to provide the quickest turnaround possible ♡

Q. What is the estimated time for completing my order?

Absolutely! Rush order availability depends on our current workload. Please contact us via email or message to inquire about rush order options. All rush orders must be approved prior to placing your order. To ensure fairness to all customers, leaving a note at checkout requesting immediate dispatch will not be honoured. Such orders will be processed within our regular processing times.

Q. I'm looking for something that is not available in your store. Can you assist me?

Certainly! We offer custom order options to bring your vision to life. Please get in touch with us here, and we will collaborate with you. If you still can't find what you're looking for, we are happy to refer you to other amazing small businesses!

Q. Why does it take up to 4 weeks to create bespoke products?

Our bespoke products are made to order, involving several stages from design and colour matching to sourcing, cutting, and assembling. Each piece undergoes a unique process, which contributes to the overall production time. Additionally, we are a family-run business, and I am a proud mother of two little ones.

Q. How long does shipping take? Do you provide delivery or pick-up?

In addition to processing times, standard shipping with Australia Post can take 2-7 business days, while express shipping usually takes 1-4 business days. For more accurate estimates, please refer to the Australia Post website.

We currently do not offer pick-up.

Q. Can I choose an acrylic colour that is not listed? Do you offer a wider range of options?

Yes! We currently offer over 85+ acrylic shades and textures. We can also source additional colours upon request at an additional cost. Please contact us here for our complete range of colours and materials.

Q. I want to place a bulk order for an event. How can I proceed?

Q. Can I make changes to my purchase after placing the order?

Please notify us within 24 hours after purchase if you need to make any adjustments or corrections. Failure to do so may result in additional costs.

Q. My item arrived damaged or is missing. What should I do?

We take great care in packaging your items; however, occasionally mishandling during transit can result in damaged or missing items. In such cases, please contact us immediately, providing images of the damage and the condition of the packaging upon arrival and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
