Q. How long does it take to make my order/s?
A. Each piece is hand-made to order and created with the utmost love and care. We have a current turnaround of 3-5 business days for standard orders (this does not include custom, wholesale, business and wedding signage). Please note our current processing times in the homepage header as this gets updated regularly. Times may vary during peak periods such as Christmas and Easter and are subject to change without notice. We do, however, try to have the quickest turn-around possible ♡
Q. Do you offer rush orders?
A. We sure do! We ask that our customers give 1 months notice in advance for larger events such as weddings/elopements etc, although we understand that sometimes things can be forgotten until last minute. We offer rush orders for an additional cost - email us or message us here to chat!
Q. I'm in search of something that I can't find in your store. Can you help?
A. We sure can! This is where our custom order option comes in. Get in contact with us either through email at firstname.lastname@example.org or here and we can work together to make your vision come to life. If you still can't find what you're looking for, I'm a big advocate for other amazing small businesses that I'm happy to refer you to!
Q. Why do bespoke products take up to 1 week to make?
A. As each of our pieces are made to order, each have a number of processes to go through to reach completion - from designing the product, cutting, and piecing it all together. On a side note, we are a family run business and I'm also a mother to two sunshines ♡ I really appreciate your support!
Q. How long does postage take? Also, do you offer delivery or pick-up?
A. Not including our processing time, postage can take up to 2-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-4 business days with express shipping.
Yes! We offer free pick-up, but unfortunately no longer offer delivery.
Q. I want a different acrylic/vinyl/wood colour than the options listed. Do you have a bigger variety?
A. Yes! We currently only display our most popular vinyl colour, material colour, and fons. We currently have a selection of over 60 vinyl shades, 120+ acrylic shades and 6 wooden shades to choose from! Please get in contact with us here for our full colour/material variety.
Q. I'm wanting to make a bulk order for an event, how do I order?
A. Simply email us at email@example.com or here and we can help make it happen!
Q. I decided I want to change the material/vinyl colour/name after purchase, is this allowed?
A. If you realise there has been an error in spelling please let me know within 24 hours after purchase for adjustments. If you do decide to change the vinyl colour or material, in the incident that there is no stock of your newly selected changes, you will be subject to longer waiting times and notified. We will do our best to accomodate your needs!
Q. I want to return my items. How do I do this?
A. Despite the utmost care, precision, and love I put into each of our hand-made items, there may be instances where you are unhappy about your purchase. Unfortunately, since all of our items are personalised, refunds are not permitted unless item/s arrive to you damaged, missing, or faulty in any way - then you will have the option of a replacement, an entire refund of that single faulty item, or a gift card with the full refunded amout.
