Personalized Items: We regret to inform you that personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are specially customized according to your specifications and cannot be resold to other customers. As such, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for personalized products.

Damaged or Defective Personalized Items: In the rare event that you receive a personalized item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a store voucher equivalent to the damaged product. To facilitate the process, kindly provide us with detailed information and, if possible, attach supporting photos of both the product and the packaging.

Non-Personalized Items: For non-personalized items, our standard return policy remains unchanged. You may return eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please refer to our general return policy for instructions on initiating a return for non-personalized items.
Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any orders. We offer replacements where applicable, or a store voucher with the value of the cost of the product. Additionally, please note that no cancellations are permitted once a product has been made. However, in selected circumstances, we may offer vouchers equal to the value of the product if it is non-personalized and can be resold (e.g., $50 product = $50 voucher). Please be aware that this voucher policy is subject to specific conditions.
