Our collection boasts meticulously crafted boxes, fashioned from premium 3mm acrylic, available in an extensive palette of 85+ shades and textures. Each well is equipped with 2x clear back hinges for a seamless exterior finish, and the option of a hasp and staple for added security. You have the freedom to safeguard your well wishes (please note: lock and key currently not provided - COMING SOON!)

🤎 Please ensure that all customisation details are 100% correct before purchasing. We will create your order exactly as personalised by you according to the designs presented. Any grammatical errors that are no fault of our own will not be replaced/refunded.
🤎 Your box will be personalised just as advertised in the listing ONLY. This includes fonts & dates etc. If you would like any additional personalisation outside of the design, please get in touch first for a custom design.
🤎 Colours may vary slightly depending on individual light settings on your phone/computer. Please feel free to get in touch for additional swatches if you would like to confirm or compare colours prior to purchasing.
🤎 Please allow a minimum of 4 WEEKS notice before your event for our boxes as each one is made to order. If you're requiring our boxes sooner, we can arrange this at an additional cost under a rush order. Please get in touch first to see if we can accommodate the rush. No rush requests will be fulfilled by only leaving a note at checkout.
🤎 Our boxes are designed with the option of a hasp and staple to enable you to lock your box. No lock and key is provided (COMING SOON!)
🤎 If you're after a special shade that isn't currently listed for our boxes, please get in touch and we can arrange colours for you and discuss it's associated costs.

SHIPPING
Please be aware that when choosing 'express shipping', you are only selecting the shipping method. This does NOT include our processing time to create your pieces.
For Australian shipping with Australia Post, standard postage can take up to 1-4 days for metro areas and 3-7 days for regional areas.
Shipping times should be used as a guide ONLY due to nationwide shipping delays. Please refer to Australia Post's website for further details.
Please ensure that you leave enough time to order before your event taking into account our processing time as stated above and Australia Post's delivery times.

Due to the nature of our personalised products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
We also do not accept refund requests if a parcel is delayed as it is out of our control.
