Featuring a seamless finish with clear back hinges and the option for added security with a hasp and staple (lock and key coming soon), each wishing well provides a secure, stylish sanctuary for cherished gifts.

Turnaround Time:
Please allow up to 4 weeks for production as each item is custom-made. If a shorter timeline is needed, contact us about rush orders, which may incur additional fees.

Customization Accuracy: Orders are crafted exactly as per your provided personalization details. Please double-check all spelling, grammar, and dates, as errors in customization are the responsibility of the purchaser, and such items cannot be refunded or replaced.
Design Consistency: Personalization is applied as per the listing images. For any additional design requests, please contact us for a custom order prior to purchase. Any changes in design may incur additional designing fees.
Colour Variations: Colours may vary due to screen differences. If unsure, request a swatch prior to purchasing.
Locking Mechanism: Boxes include a hasp and staple for optional locking. Locks and keys are not provided at this time (COMING SOON).
Shipping Details:
Selecting "Express Shipping" only applies to the shipping method and does not impact our standard production turnaround of up to 4 weeks. If you need your order sooner, please get in touch with us prior to purchasing. We’re happy to verify timelines or discuss rush order options, which may incur additional fees. Please account for both production and delivery timelines when planning your order.

Due to the custom nature of these items, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Shipping delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out immediately for assistance.
